Hi,
I really fancy chips tomorrow, but am not really normally a big carb eater and don't want to do a green day. If I do SW chips with the skin on and have the same weight as a jacket potato (230g as a hex b) can I use them as a hex b?

thank you!

Or you could do EE and gave as many as you like then. Not forgetting the 3 rd super free of course!

Chips made from butternut squash are really nice too, and free on red.

Mmm butternut squash chips are scrummy! Browsie - never got the hang of EE really, although I might use it later this week when I visit my parents, I will be doing all the cooking but Dad doesn't feel he has has a meal without carbs!

When on red I have celeriac chips :)) they are free on red

Jules it took me ages to get used to EE, but I quite like it now. Although I do still mix it up with the odd reg / green days. Do miss the 2nd HEB sometimes though.
