    Hi there,

With my wedges I literally slice the potato, sometimes adding paprika, spray with frylight and put them in the oven on a medium/high heat for 25-30 minutes! Simple and hardly any prep time! Yum

I add frylight and good old freshly ground salt and black pepper!

    Also, paprika is lovely too.

For wedges, I cut the pots into half, then quarters, then each quarter into half. Then spray with fry light and season.

Chilli flakes are lovely too if you like a bit of spice!!
