SW free tartare sauce

Found this on another website:

Tartar Sauce

4 small red shallots, very finely diced
2 tbsp capers
4 tbsp chopped gherkins
1 plum tomato , deseeded and roughly chopped
200g/7oz very low fat natural yogurt
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, season well and chill until ready to serve.

I make a similar one to that but I don't put the plum tomato in because I don't like them, but still yummy
