SW literature arrived today .... oh the foods available

    I can have couldron marinated tofu as a free food on both O and G.... how ecstatic am I. I LOVE this stuff

    And refried beans ... love these too

    And marmite

    I know I'm sad!

    shopping this week is going to be such fun (and will probably take me hours as I flick through checking everything in the book).

    hey dancing ive done slimmimg world before some of the food is so lush dont forget u can have egg chips n peas as much as u want

    haha my OH always tells me off for bringing my book when were shopping and pretends were not together in case anyone sees us lol

    well, today I had omlette, beans, tomatoes and some bacon for breakfast. followed by mullerlight

    lunch was another omlette (as I was out and it was the easy option) and more baked beans! Followed by lasting satisfaction yoghurt, banana and peach

    snack was marinated tofu and 35g cheese

    I've just got in and had a mullerlight and i'm now going to cook a quorn and veg stir fry

    I had a bit of a repetitive food day today ... will do better tomorrow.

    Weighed myself this morning as I'm making this the official start of my SW journey ... 15s6lb. I'm very disappointed at this ... even more disappointed that I barely fit my size 16 jeans/trousers. I soooo have to lose a stone quickly so that I can wear my size 16s well. I panicked so much at the clothes thing that I was tempted to do CD SS to kick start my loss .... but I know I wouldn't be able to stick to it and I feel bad enough as it is ... no point making myself feel worse. So the slow and steady option of SW is for me now.
