SW new starter

Hi Guys I'm hoping to get support and advice from you all, starting the SW plan Monday, does anyone know of a sin free or low sin sausage?

Being vegetarian, I know the quorn sausages are low syn and very tasty.

10 pack frozen quorn sausages are 1/2 syn each
Low fat 6 pack frozen quorn sausages are free
Quorn cocktail sausages are 1 syn each
8 pack frozen quorn sausages are 1 syn each
Cumberland quorn sausages 6 pack are 1 syn each
6 pack chilled quorn sausages are 1 syn each
Frozen quorn hotdog sausages are 1/2 syn each

Hope that is any help. I started Slimming World last week and have been successful.

Hi, me too. I joined SW Tuesday & minimins today. I'm also vegetarian. I thought quorn sausages were free ... must try to find more time to read booklets properly. Hope everyone had a good day x

Hi, I think it depends on which sausage. There's so many different ones these days. I know the ones that say low fat on the packaging are free. There's six sausages in that box. I was going on information I'd found whilst searching the sausages.
