sw only lost 1.5lbs

    First week doing slimmingworld and only lost 1.5lbs am thinking of changing to weight watchers i have never stuck to it properly before

    The fact you've lost 1.5lbs is something to celebrate, not be disappointed in!! If you enjoy sw more than ww i would say perhaps stick with it another week and see how you go.

    As a lot of people say; it doesn't go on overnight, so it won't come off overnight.

    Have been on all diets and meal replacements all my life have done slimmingworld before and lost up to 11lbs in the first week so am dissappointed with 1.5lb loss

    if you've been on diets before your body will be used to eating less and the weightloss won't be as quick as the first time round

    If you transfer from one diet to another then youre not going to have the big first week loss, if you did we'd all be on a new diet every week ;) If youve been on another diet and moved to SW its just like a regular week. So in actual fact your 1.5lbs is bang on for a regular weekly weigh in.

    hi yummymummy i started ww last week and only lost 3lbs in my first week and like you i was disappointed as ive always lost loads in my first week on other diets but i thought if this had been any other week i would of been really pleased ,i weigh in again on thursday and this morning i woke up got dressed and my trousers feel so much looser,stick with it hun for another week, i think like everyone has said sometimes it takes the second week to get a better loss on the scales,dont be disheartened it was 1.5 off not on which is brill xxxx
