SW Paddy - Weekly weigh in's

Hi everyone,

I am doing the at home online plan and had my first weight in today.

Last week I was 16.5 today I am 16 2.5 - so a loss of 2.5.

Was hoping for 4, but hey a loss is a loss, also I need to up my water intake. Would love to break the 16's next week !
