    extra easy

    bfast: 1 l/fat alpen bar (part hxb) 1 activia fat free yog
    snack: 1 orange
    lunch: jacket potato + 2 tsp flora (2syns) and v.low fat cottage cheese, melon fruit salad
    snack: 1 l/fat alpen bar (part hxb)
    dinner: lean pork chop, brown rice, vegetable stir fry + blackbean sauce (3 syns) + activia v.low fat yog
    milk : skim milk in tea / coffee (1hxa)

    bfast: 2 weetabix (1 hxb) 1 alpen l/fat bar (part hxb)
    snack: 1 nectarine
    lunch: jacket potato, 2 tsp flora (2 syns), 3 tbsp l.fat coleslaw (3 syns) green side salad, 1 l.fat activia yogurt
    snack: 1 alpen l.fat bar (part hxb)
    dinner: egg noodles, veg stir fry + 6 tbsp black bean sauce (3 syns)
