What condiments/store cupboard items do you find most useful on SW?

For me, its ..

frylight (olive oil & butter)
balsamic vinegar
nutmeg
sweetener
basil
soy sauce
worcestershire sauce
rock salt


I find all the above can transform a meal into something rather tasty!
