So I started on the 11th Jan 2011 at 16st 11.5lbs, now 15st exactly. The SW personal profile predicts I will reach my interim target of 12 stone (168lb) by end of July! That's like nearly a 5 stone loss in 6/7 months!
hey hun...im due to reach my target near the end of june. I dont see why it cant be done. if we keep going they way we are. my weight losses havent been slowing down at all so im hoping ill hit target around then xxx
