Not great at writting things down so sorry if this comes out all wrong .
I am close to my goal and have found this diet (CD) fairly easy ups and down but mainly ups .Before starting I just ate morning noon and night not all bad food but loads of it you know what I mean .So I had a eating disorder which was out of control .
I started CD and it all just feel into place it was the right time right diet right councilor I sailed through the first week and the WI just made it even easier 13lb on firstweek .
Now Im 1.8lb off my goal and need to start eating again.I have been doing the cd+ for 3 weeks now which is just like aamw so found it easy to get into .This week I want to up my in take a bit more but I found myself in a panic and crying because I was going to eat half a pot of low cal yoghurt for breakfast wtf .
Have I just swapped one disorder for another or is this just a phase that I will get over if I keep trying .Have to admit to been a little worried about the feeling of guilt I have for thinking about eating and my feeling of panic is so not like me.I have been buying low cal cook books and getting more from the library so think I am maybe getting a bit obsesive about the hole maintaining thing ,and I have confussed myself into not knowing what diet to follow .I dont think there is a diet out there that I havnt read up on .
Any help on how to get through this bit would be great sorry for the long post just to find out Im really nuts :Dlol

You're not nuts at all hun... geetting back to food is daunting after a long period of VLC Dieting.. you've done increadibly well :D:)
I'm sure if you talk to your CDC about your fears and reservations you will start to feel more comfortable with introducing healthy and tasty food back into your diet. The stabilisation plan introduces foods back slowly... just take it a day at a time like when you started your weight loss journey.
Please keep posting your progress, there are many on here who can support you.

    love xxxxx:)

I agree it really isnt easy to go back to "normal" food after the SS. I felt exactly the same when I was first comeing off the diet last June. Just introduce food back into your life slowly, a piece of chicken maybe for your tea for a couple of days, then introduce some veg or salad and slowly the rest will fall into place. Good luck, I am sure you will get lots of help and support from this site.

Not you aren't mad at all, it is completely normal to worry about maintenance and eating again... I know I did. Try not to worry to much about low cal recipies and diets at the moment. Just follow the plans to the letter as this takes away alot of the thinking part and eases you in gently. When you get up to 1500 then you can start to experiment a little.

    Good luck hun xxxx

Hi, I'm just on the 1000 and starting 1200 on Tuesday, I'm finding it really rewarding choosing lovely healthy fruit for breakfast and my plate looking like a rainbow. I'm struggling not panicing and have been trying to keep myself from xercising too much as I'm getting addicted to it and have to remind myself 1000cals is still low. Work slowly through it, chat with your cdc and remember, you've got to eat, you never will eat all day every day again because your taste buds will change, I was really looking forward to bread but when I had it I could just taste flour yuckky xx
