Serves 2/3 ppl Syn free on EE and red :)

2/3 chopped chicken breasts
1 courget cubbed
1/2 red pepper cubbed
2 x red onions cut into quaters
1/2 teaspoon of lazy chillis
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
20g splenda
preheat oven to a 6

heat frying pan with fry light and brown of chicken, then add chilli's and cook for about 2 mins.
Then throw in all the vegies and cook for 2 mins more, then pour over the soy sauce and sweetner and stir well, remove from heat and keep stiring for a min or so.
put contents into oven proof dish for 40 mins stiring only once at half way through.
I served mine with noodles that had some of the left over sauce tipped over, was a well yummy lunch :D Hope you all enjoy

hahah! sorry about my not very helpfull remark lol it was too strong, too sweet, too salty....i didnt like the noodles either aha!
My mum thought it was ok, so i guess its just personal taste. The chicken was very tender tho.

Good for you CupcakeKatie for being so honest!!

I've just tasted it!
(Made it for tea tonight, but curious now!!!)
Thought it was lovely - I added extra chilli as I like the heat and used low salt soy sauce and less sweetener (as dislike sweetener!).
Very tender chicken and a good balance of flavours - a lovely dish and I'm looking forward to it!!
