Green Day Sweet potato burgers!

1lb of potatoes
2 garlic cloves
1lb onions
2 mild red chillies
handful of fresh coriander
2oz halloumi cheese
salt pepper

peel and chop the potatoes, crush the garlic, finely chop the onions, deseed and finally chop the chillies, chop the coriander and finally dice the cheese.
boil the potatoes untill tender, drain, mash and transfer into a bowl add the garlic, onions, chillies, coriander and cheese
divide mix into 4 portions and shape, chill in the fridge for an hour to allow the burgers to firm up.
when ready to serve heat pan sprayed with frylight and co burgers for 5-6 mins either side, serve with mixed salad or veggie stirfry
