Need to know this quite soon so I can get dinner underway! Bought these in Lidl. They are grilled red peppers in sweet vinegar. Does anyone know if these are pointed?? Or how many points are in them I'd assume they're free but it does say sugar on the ingredients but no nutritional info! Any help appreciated! xx

Probably too late now, but if you give me the exact name on the jar I can try them in MyFitnessPal and see what comes up.

You're very good moonwatcher tried that myself and no luck. I ended up not counting them. I figure there may be one point in them or so, but I'm not going to stress over them. They are peppers after all. If it was a jar of chocolate now I might be more fussy

Makes sense. It's not as if you're drinking the sweet vinegar after all! You're not drinking the vinegar are you?
