Puddings Sweetener free recipies please

Has anyone got any sweetener free pudding recipies or some that are low syns with sugar please?
I hate the after taste sweeteners leave, almost a burning sensation in my throat :9529:

Have been eating fruits with low fat yogurts but its getting bit boring.

I saw it somewhere on here and now its my fave thing

0% greek yoghurt + 1 sachet of white chocolate options (2 syns) YUM on its own, or for added yumminess add 1 meringue nest (2.5 syns) and berries.

I'm another which cant stand the sweetner taste so will watch this thread with interest
