Hi, I'm on sole source and drank a black coffee made for me by a friend without realising she'd put sweeteners in it! They are zero calorie artificial sweeteners, now I'm paranoid it'll ruin the diet...are they ok to have?
The last 2 weeks i only lost 3 lbs and i have been rigid. We worked out that it was cause i wasnt having fat free dressing ( was having ww low fat ) and also cause i was having chewing gum - about 3 sticks a week!! I have given them up because i am not having shakes all week to only lose 1 lb!! Good luck with dropping the sweetners, I am surprised how i have got used to black tea x
