    Hi, I'm on sole source and drank a black coffee made for me by a friend without realising she'd put sweeteners in it! They are zero calorie artificial sweeteners, now I'm paranoid it'll ruin the diet...are they ok to have?

    They say the tablet sweeteners are ok, it's just the powder sweeteners which aren't allowed

    Ive started today and was told by my counciller that the tablets were ok! so have been having them no milk though quite surprised i can drink it but its actually ok!!

    I ya yes i have been told tablets are ok too - but only one per drink!

    it's amazing how the silliest of things puts on weight on this diet - as i have found with chewing gum and the wrong salad dressing whoops. xx

    I don't even dare admit how much i put in my cups in one day. Another reason my my weight loss has come to a complete slow down perhaps.
    Will ask CDC at tonight's WI :(

    The last 2 weeks i only lost 3 lbs and i have been rigid. We worked out that it was cause i wasnt having fat free dressing ( was having ww low fat ) and also cause i was having chewing gum - about 3 sticks a week!! I have given them up because i am not having shakes all week to only lose 1 lb!! Good luck with dropping the sweetners, I am surprised how i have got used to black tea x
