Hermesetas tablets - no powder sweeteners so my chemist told me. She also advised to stay away from Canderel for some reason. Hope that helps. x x

i was told use canderal sweetners not canderal in sugar form as it contains real sugar to make it powder. there is no calories in canderal so i dont see how you cant be allowed the tablet kind. i use them. so i hope they dont damage ketosis. if any one knows please post.

yea i just read the sheet again that i had here and it said use tablet format and not powder as some kind of sugar is used to make it into powder.. so i think the canderal tabs are fine....:)

Yup only use the tablet form .... i use sweetex :)
