Syn free bbq sauce.

I am making this today could I please ask...

1 I have no mustard powder (my local shop didn't either) will it be ok without?

2 most bbq sauce is smooth but this appears to have rough cut onion, with no mention of blending. Is this right?

Might be a bit late now if you were planning on making it last night but I made this last week without the mustard powder and it was fine. I also blended it to make it smooth x
