    400g Extra lean minced steak
    1 egg
    1 tsp mixed herbs
    salt and pepper

    1. Grind up the miced beef using a hand blender, add the egg and herbs (Grinding the beef makes the mixture stick together instead on using bread)

    2. Shape in to burger shapes and grill until cooked.

Idea - shape in to meat balls and add to a homemade tomato sauce and cook throughly. pile on top of pasta for a yummy tea that you, kids and husbands will love!!

Add syn free chips for a yummy treat for the kids!!
