Now that there are no red or green days, are we still supposed to syn Smash, for example, if we use it for a cake?

According to my consultant, it is supposed to be synned at the same rate of the non-free item you're replacing. So smash used as flour is (from memory) 4 syns per 25g, same as normal flour.
Other tweaks that don't use replacement ingredients (e.g. the half syn roulade) don't have a syn value as such but aren't recommended.
