Diced Chicken

Method
- Cut any traces of visible fat off the chicken, and you may want to cut the dices into smaller pieces.
- Mix the chicken with the yoghurt so that there is a nice creamy mixture, and add chilli powder until the yoghurt turns orange/red.
- Crush/chop your garlic and add to the mixture and leave in the fridge over night to marinate, or a few hours if you don’t have the time.
- When cooking, spray your frying pan or wok with fry light and cook the chicken until cooked through.
- You can also fry the vegetables for added crunch! If you do decide to do this, then you may want to do it before cooking the chicken so your vegetable doesn’t go spicy too!
- Finally, alternate putting the chicken and vegetable onto skewers (So, chicken, veg, chicken, veg – purely for presentation reasons!) and serve!
