turn oven onto full whack (as hot as it goes)
cut potatoes into chips and pat dry
put in oven pan
sprinkle with dried onion granules and paprika all over (shake oven pan about to coat)
spray liberally with frylite (shaking oven pan as you do)
cook until they are cooked shaking the pan every 10 min to stop them sticking they will be quite brown on the edges.
no boiling or baking paper needed
(and they cook faster than pre made oven chips)
and taste way better
had mine with gammon syn free onion chutney and salad
