Taking a break.

No-added-sugar yogurts will be around ½ Syn per 100g and yogurts with added sugar will be around 1 Syn per 100g, which means:

A 125g pot of flavoured Danone Activia 0% fat will be ½ Syn

A 175g pot of Mullerlight will be 1 Syn

More changes will be uploaded onto the app and website tomorrow.

The instant mashed potato has now changed to 3½ Syns per 100g (made up).

Spaghetti loops, shapes and alphabet shapes have now changed to ½ Syn per 100g.

I have been a regular muller light consumer since starting slimming world. I went from natural fat free to muller lights quite early on but then read a blog on the amount of sugar in these muller lights and how it's probably not great having 2 or more of these a day and there have been some reports of people on slimming world on bad days snacking on them and having 6-10 in the day syn free! I think it said this would be 120% your daily sugar allowance if you did that.

I now tend to have a muller light with fruit for breakfast and natural fat free yoghurt with fruit for dessert.

One of the reasons they are changing it is because members where snacking on them and not using them as part of a meal.

Thanks for the update, never been a fan of yogurt, but would eat tinned spaghetti from time to time so thanks for the information.
