Syn free Indian chicken curry????

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone could confirm that this recipe would be free if the onions etc were fried in frylite and I substituted the sugar for sweetener?? I can't see why it wouldn't be but I'm still fairly new to slimming world so would like to double check.

I made a big batch yesterday evening and it is so yummy! Very like an Indian takeaway. I think I'll use a bit less sweetener next time tho as it was a bit on the sweet side but for a first attempt I was very impressed
