Puddings Syn free meringues

Hello all! I was just wondering if anyone had tried making these?

I made some tonight and although they were okay, they were very yellow. The artificial sort of taste really came through in them a lot and I think they kind of tasted soapy lol.

I think they might have been a bit better as part of a desert like Eaton mess rather than just on their own

My consultant told me the chef at SW head quarters had spent many an hour trying to perfect syn free version, with no luck. For the time and effort it takes they're low enough in syns to buy.
