Syn free Onion Bajji

Made a really easy lazy onion bajji last night
Defrosted some LM Red Onion and rosemary sausages mixed in a bowl with some curry powder and some sweated onions
Shaped in balls placed on baking tray sprayed with fry light and placed in oven

They do sound lovely! I must try them too.

donna88, I usually get mine from Sainsburys. It's a nuisance because I normally do my big shop at my local Tesco and they definitely don't stock them there, but once in a while I take a trip to my nearest Sainsburys and manage to stock up on a few boxes there.

Asda sell them too. I have managed to get them in our Tesco though as well.

Never seen them in our Asda, we only have a small sainsburys and doubt they'll have them in but next time I'm in town I'll have a nose, its worth a try.

I can only get them in one Asda although the other is bigger where is the logic !! so have to make a special trip to get them but With all the horse DNA and the miss- labelling of meat products they're a God send!!! And SYN free!!
I can not believe that I knew about them months ago from this forum but like others could not find them but now I'm totally hooked !
Has anyone tried the normal LM veg sausages
What are they like ?
