Syn free sauces

    Please can anyone point me in the direction of syn free pasta sauce and chilli sauce recipes, thanks!

    I'm making pasta tonight with onions, herbs, garlic and tinned tomatoes.. that's free idf you cook the onions in frylight..

    hopefully other people will be more inspired!

    Ok, thanks! I was thinking more about a sauce that the kids will eat too! ie smooth (ish), or even out of a jar!

    Had a lovely meal thanks! Was a total glutton though! xx

    Jars and that are hard and are very rarely syn free or low syns!

    Buy a pasata sauce (its smooth) and add flavours accordingly - chilli and the likes? xxx

    weight watchers
    Frozen mixed peppers
    Tinned tomatoes
    onion
    garlic
    herbs
    teaspoon sweetner

    fry in frylite until soft, add tomatoes, herbs and sweetner, cook further then blast with blender. Sometimes i add quark to make it creamy. You could also add chillie if you wish.
