syn FREE spag bol and chili!!

asda sell meat free spag bol and meat free chilli dried in a packet and these are also free just in case any of u didnt know tried the spag bol 2nite was lovely! added some mushrooms and onions for extra flavour x

Did you check them on syns online? - I know their packets of dried meat free burger and sausage mix are fairly high in syns. And the brand name spag bol version is not syn free - I think it used be but changed recently.

i didnt check online but i bought the slimming world free food branded book 2011 in class monday and it said it was free in that x

just checked on the syn calculator and yep they are 100% free on red, green and extra easy x
