Recipe adapted from a Gino d'Acampo recipe
Ingredients
- 500g spaghetti
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 rashers of lean bacon, diced
- Frylight
- Handful of parmesan cheese, freshly grated (if required, use from HEXA)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente.
- In a saucepan, slowly shallow fry the bacon in the fry light until very crispy.
- Drain the pasta and add to the cooked bacon. Immediately add the eggs yolks, season with salt and pepper and stir very well until you have a creamy texture.
- Sprinkle parmesan on the top (if required)
