Syn free spaghetti carbonara

Serves 4


  • 500g spaghetti
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 4 rashers of lean bacon, diced
  • Frylight
  • Handful of parmesan cheese, freshly grated (if required, use from HEXA)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente.
  2. In a saucepan, slowly shallow fry the bacon in the fry light until very crispy.
  3. Drain the pasta and add to the cooked bacon. Immediately add the eggs yolks, season with salt and pepper and stir very well until you have a creamy texture.
  4. Sprinkle parmesan on the top (if required)
I added some mushrooms for my 1/3 superfree.
