Syn Free 'thousand island dressing'

    As far as I know this is syn free - I made it the other day after having a massive hankering for the real stuff, and it wasn't too bad!
    Obviously it doesn't taste JUST like the original, but it's a really nice dip for veg and seafood sticks.

    I took some fat free greek yoghurt (50ml tub) and mixed in a tbsp of passata, a few drops of soy sauce, a dash of vinegar, and a healthy helping of sweetener.

    Was just a case of playing with those ingredients until I got a nice blend. Yum!

    Would be nice with some very finely diced red pepper and gherkin mixed in too.
