Can't find the post I replied to on this and one lady on this site was waiting for me to get back to her with an answer.
Syn free cottage cheese - TESCO do a fat free, syn free version but the taste is a bit bitter.
Morrisons now also stock a Value Cottage cheese which tastes great! Only costs 57p (I think) and is syn free.
I sent SW an email about this and they told me it was not listed and to use the online syn calculator, which I did and it came out free on all three plans!
    HOORAY!!!!!
I have suggested this be added to syns online database as in these difficult times it's good to be able to save some money!!!
    :)
