When I find this in the search results on Slimming World online, it says 14 syns for the 450g pot, but when I put in the nutritional info on the pot (500 kcals), the syn value now says 25. I thought it was okay to eat little bits of this but now I'm not sure. It's making me worry they have mistakes in their syn values. Does anyone know what the correct value for the yogurt should be?
