Syn help - Asda Chosen By You Strawberry Yogurt

When I find this in the search results on Slimming World online, it says 14 syns for the 450g pot, but when I put in the nutritional info on the pot (500 kcals), the syn value now says 25. I thought it was okay to eat little bits of this but now I'm not sure. It's making me worry they have mistakes in their syn values. Does anyone know what the correct value for the yogurt should be?

using the syns calculator can sometimes be inaccurate as you cannot always add the correct free foods to use in the calculation, would go with the syns listing you and dirty dancing found on the site;-)

What you have is a straight 1 syn for every 20 calories so you have obviously missed out the free food allowance at the start of the calculation. Chose Dairy >> Yogurt from the drop down menu at the start

Thanks for the replies I hadn't realised certain foods like yogurt have a free allowance. What a relief to know it's the 14 syns instead of 25!
