Hi I just joined sw last night and brought my mag to work but not the books to show me how to work out the syns.

I want to have some of this soup but want to check if I can have it. I'm doing EE.

Also dairylea Dunkers are these a big no or can the cheese be a h e?

Thank you! You're a star. I ended up having a jacket potato with beans because I wasn't sure of the sys on the soup. I shant bother now

I've now set up the app on my phone as I registered online and now I'll be able to find these wee things as well. Pity the app doesn't have the plan details on so you can look and see if it's a free or super free food on it.
