thanks Erm, they are for the grams as mentioned. Not too bad really. The mackerel is better than I thought, I assumed it would be high.

I havent been able to locate any mackerel since moving here, so was most delighted to find it when grocery shopping. I am looking forward to doing a tomatoey dish with it.
