syn value for fromage fraise berry yoghurts

    I wonder if someone can help I'm very confused. I want to know if you have to count for fat free weight watchers fromage fraise. They're berry layered ones and extremely yummy! I think I may be addicted! I was under the impression that fat free yoghurts and stuff were free on extra easy. Hopefully they won't be too much! Thanku xx

    Well half isn't too bad, I need to start counting for them now tho! I was also under the impression any yoghurt was free as long as it fat free?? Cheers! Xx

    The yoghurt *itself* is free as long as it's fat free, so plain fat free yoghurt is fine - but flavoured stuff obviously has other stuff added which often adds syns.
