Syn Value for homemade Fruit Loaf

    Was given a fruit loaf by my mother-in-law and i've just been naughty and had a slice of it, no idea of the ingredients but wondered if anyone had a clue as to what the syn value would be, worst case scenario would be fine. (Didn't have anything on it, just a slice on it's own.):confused:

    Most of the shop bought ones are about 5 syns a slice so depending on how thick the slice was I'd use that as a guide.
