syn value help please

can anyone tell me whether the following can count as an HEB and/or what the syn values are please.

kelloggs Special K orignal cereal bar - 90 cals per bar, 9g sugars, 1g fat, 0.8g satuarates, 0.2g salt.

Tesco light choices chocolate and orange cereal bar - 80 cals per bar, 5.2g sugar, 1.3g fat, 0.6g saturates, 0.1g salt.

Also, what the syn value is for 26g pack of snack a jacks salt and vinegar flavour - think they are 3 but could someone please confirm?

Niether of the above qualify as HEXB choices.

Wow that was quick - thank you Becky. Glad I haven't eaten any of them yet Will try the Alpen bars instead then as they are def HEB. But not too bad syns for the others really - if they are nice.

I used to love Special K but 4.5 each is a bit much. Alpen Light are 3 syns or you can have 2 x for HEB, don't get caught out with full fat Alpen!! Must be light! LOL, feel free to thank me on the thanks button!!

Well Alpen Light bars are actually lovely - well worth HEB or 3 syns.
