Syn value in Asda oriental vegetables and rice?

In the Jan mag the Uncle Bens Rice Time sweet and sour is about 1/1.5syn I looked at the information on the Asda oriental veg and rice and it wasn't much different from the Uncle Bens Rice Time meal so I am guessing it is about the same syn value but wondered if anyone knew for sure? I bought it anyway....just incase :O) xo
