syn value m&s chicken and vegetable soup

Hi!
Does anyone know the syn value of the chilled m and s chicken and vegetable soup?
I just had it with egg noodles mixed in yum!
Just hope the syns weren't too bad as sts last week and had a dreadful day yesterday!

There is no free food allowance on shop bought soups so you can just use 1 syn per 20 calories but be prepared for it to be pretty high
