hi all does anyone no how many syns are in crosse and blackwell savoury rice and the noodles please any flavours thanks

Savoury rice is free on EE and Green - noodles are 2 or 2.5 on EE and Green and 6, 6.5 or 7.5 on Red depending on flavour x
