    Hey, I'm new here and I'm still finding my footing. I've only just joined SW (Monday s my first group meeting). Could anyone be so kind as to tell me the syn values of the following on Green day pleassssse:

    Iceland Roasting potatoes
    Heinz Spaghetti Hoops
    Costa Ham & Cheese Paninni
    Tesco Cajun Chicken Wrap
    Long Grain Basmati Rice

    No probs :).. I have heard about the syn free roasties but not done them yet. I guess they are made in a similar way to sw chips.

    Mum made me some free roasties when we had a roast dinner the other week. Basically the same as making normal roasties but use Frylight instead of oil :D
