syn values for slim fast "snack" products

I am sure this has been asked before but I have looked through all the threads and searched but just cant find the information. :cry:

I was wondering what the syn value is in the Slim fast cheddar bites, sour cream and chive pretzels, caramel bar and the peanut bar?

I have become a fan but was wondering if they are high in syns.

Any ideas?

actually the savoury snacks are lovely. The chocolate bars are hit and miss.
