O reposted this here as I think this is a better place for this question
Hello, anyone online who can advise me right now? I've done lots of searches on here but still can't find exact syn values for Vermicelli singapore rice noodles from chinese takeaway.
I've looked in slimming world yellow book, looked at official site and searched on minmins.. keep getting weightwatchers point values or 1 person on slimming world guestimating but not very clear.
Anyone know? wish we had a slimming world thread for chinese like the weightwatchers people do, hope we can start one
My partners on at me to order so if anyone knows let me know soon as possible please
(this is my first 'chinese' while on slimming world.. im kinda nervous lol)

Update: went ahead and ordered it, eaten it lol Just now need to see how I did? was it a good choice or a not so good un?
