syn values in cereals

Hello, please could someone tell me the syn value for 35g coco pops cereal xx

Coco pops are 5syns for 25grms so I work that out at 7syns for grms, hope they are worth it!!!!!!!!!!!

Hmmm, I guestimated it as this too and decided they are not worth it. Not whilst I'm trying to get bk to target anyway! Thanks for your help x

Have you tried shreddies orange choc you can have 35grms as hexb I think they are very yummy, I eat them as a snack without milk on.
