syns and syns calculator help please

Hi all.

My boyfriend bought me a salad box today from the Co-op. It had lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, 1 hardboiled egg, 1 sliced boiled new potato and a very small pot ( less than a level tablespoon) of coleslaw. I need to put it through the syn calculator but I'm not sure what to put down as the free food. I am on an EE day.

Any help would be great!

You would put down the biggest ingredient - the one that is first in the list

Very strange how it has 3 syns on green but 1.5 syns on EE.

Did you put lettuce in as a free food for both red and green?

No I didn't. Oops. Never been told how to use the calculator as I'm an online member. Must practice more! Thanks for your help.
