I know there is four and cheeky to ask but cNt seem to find Any info online anywhere

I can't help with syn values as I don't have access but it might help if you say if the items contain any free food as that can alter the result

Have found co op shish kebabs an there 3 1/2 syns each an co op chorizo ones 10 pack 1 syn each can not find tesco sorry
