Hi im really struggling at the minute and i know my C has said to use syns daily but before i used to have 70 for the week and it worked. I have a holiday coming up 1st week in july and would really like to lose 2 stone if possible by then but do you think it would be ok having 70 syns a week by doing the red, green and ee plans
    Thanks xx

Some people work on a daily basis, others on a weekly. I think it's entirely depends what works for you. I do both!! Some weeks I'll use them day to day, others I'll save them up for something....

On the SW website it says that you can count your syns weekly rather than daily but I would still recommend having at least 5 a day
