Syns for bought potato wedges please

Does anyone have syn values in the different kinds of potato wedges you can get. I know I can make my own but this is just for a quick meal when I get in from work. Thanks

They're equally as quick to make yourself tho

Thanks I know they are if you put them in the oven, but I do them in the microwave and they are fine although not crispy

So why do you need quicker ones then

I don't need qucker ones - only the syn values as I can't find them anywhere.

I was just saying that surely you don't need to waste syns on shop bought ones when you can make them as quick and syn free but then that's just my opinion. I'm sure if you use the search facility you may find this already answered but they can be anywhere from 1.5 to about 7.5 syns for 100g
