Syns for Cereals??? Special K

I just wondered if anyone knew the syn value for special K clusters?? Xx

always 1 syn for every 20 calories as cereal has no free food allowance

25g is SOOOOO tiny, better off having a different cereal as Special K is loaded with sugar and all sorts of bad nutritional stuff
