tall skinny chai tea latte


tall skinny caramel macchiato

or tall skinny toffee nut latte?


I am addicted to starbucks and am worried i wont be able to have any of my favourite drinks

Look on their website - the calories of everything are listed.
Then you can work out the syns using 1 syn for every 20 calories

I think if u use milk as hex A then u can deduct 6 syns I am sure someone told me that x
